My Active Sky X thinks it is running according to Task Manager, but its main window is not opening. I went into Control Panel and looked at the error logs. It is saying the cause is KERNEL32.dll... anyone had this problem, or are there any IT whizzes out there that may know how to fix this issue? The FSX default clouds just don't cut it :-(

Cheers

Do you have Vista? Google might help:
http://www.google.co.nz/search?q=kernel32....lient=firefox-a

As suggested at Hifi support forum (perhaps you should ask the makers of the program first winkyy.gif Support is included in the purchase price)

Been researching solutions and nothing has fixed the problem. Good news though... when I try to run ActiveSkyX (even though the menu window doesn't open) FSX comes up saying the weather has been initiated (can't remember the exact wording) when my flight opens, so it is actually running, although I can't set my own preferences etc... but all good by me as I like flying in the current weather conditions rather than making them up. thumbup1.gif
