Hey guys me again,

I am having issues with my joystick. It just started yesterday when I am in FSX my joysticks rudder is always to the left even if I twist it to the right it's stuck on the left and I can't make the aircrafts rudder go to the right or even keep straight in know matter what aircrafr. I reset all the FSX joystick controls but it still continues to keep stuck to the left no matter what I do, Unplug it etc

What are you suggestions and I hope that makes sense for someone to understand??

EDIT: I opened up the joysticks properties and it wont move to the right either, It's stuck on the left

Tried unplugging the stick, re-booting then plugging in (you should get the"found new hardware" thing) ... reinstalling the Cyborg drivers?

Tried what you had suggested and still nothing

I reckon the thing has just stuffed, I have had it for a few years now though....
Maybe I should just buy a new one???

Any recomended makes & Models???

Bummer. Tried it on a spare PC (if you have one)? Would determine whether it's the stick or the drivers at fault.

Was it a force-feedback ... and would you be looking for another FF stick? It may restrict your choice a bit.

Na it's definatly the stick and yes it is force feedback and I don't want another one as I never used the option as I thought it was unrealistic....

I take it you haven't got [separate] rudders?

I have a Saitek X52 that has a twist rudder - though I use CH rudders instead. The Stick/throttle gear is good, but the programming interface is *vile*.

Depends on how much you can afford, I suppose.

That one I saw on Gamesman I think will do though, At the time I spent $150 on the one I have now and it seems stuffed now so I guess we just have to remember they don't last forever....
I wouldn't spend much on a yoke although it would be cool to have, It's so expensive for a plastic control yoke!!!!

I've had mine since mid 2004 and it has kept good and does the job well

Hahaha, Well mine only stopped working you never know yours might too

If you have the FSUIPC module installed you can calibrate the joystick and check all its assignments through that. I find its more powerful and accurate than the Windows joystick calibration. Also, you will be able to see the outputs of each axis and their associated trims, so that would be able to highlight where the problem lies. Good luck!
