Looking around on the net, and found this very helpful guide to the setting for NHancer. If you go down to the 5th post by Nick N, you will see some very useful screenshots of the settings to use for Nhancer:-

One interesting thing that I picked up was that Nhancer needs to be set up after each driver change. I recently installed new video card drivers, so this will have to reset Nhancer. Did not know this before.

Good spotting on the driver issue, just updated my drivers a couple of days ago, and never thought about the affect it would make to NHancer, though when I launched NHancer it gave me the option to restore my settings for FSX (Is all I use it for) and presto my settings are back to how they were before!!

This is indeed a great tool for Nvidia card users.
