Without knowing what files you moved to where, and why, it would be a little difficult to tell you where to put whatever files you have moved.
Have you tried following the GNZLAP REDUX install instructions step by step, and looking for any of the filenames from it in places where they shouldnt be in other folders in FS, then moving them back to where the GNZLAP instructions say to put them................

things to check

1. aircraft files are under simobjects\aircraft and .CFG files are in each aircraft folder (you don't need to check each one, just a few so you can assume the rest)

2. GNZLAP.BGL traffic files are under scenery\world\scenery

if both of these are correct, the aircraft should show up. if not... check you are at an airport that they fly to (go to auckland or something)
