AVSIM File Library Back!

After over two months of hard work by our volunteers, we are pleased to announce that the file library is back online and providing downloads for the community. We are going to keep the upload function off for a while in order to assess the stability of the system and work out any bugs that may remain. We believe we recovered over 95% of the library system, and you may find some things missing. Please post any comments or questions you may have in the File Library Forum. Thank you for your patience during this period.

Anyone tried downloading any files? I keep getting 'File not found' messages.

No issues with d/load , below the file icon it has a 'No file found' example , i did a search for Robin Corn and down load worked .

Must just be the files I am after are still being restored. As I also had a message saying something along the lines of "File not available - may still be being restored"

Yay I was on it last night getting a few things.
Some files I have tried downloading come up with "File not found" but 90% of things I was trying to get were fine.

Just had another look. Seems like a fair bit of FSX stuff is still being recovered. I looked at the hottest files for this year and what was there for FSX earlier is now blanked out saying not available.

Did they catch the scrotes who hacked the site?

I think the "file not found" thing is just the thumbnail picture
