Looking through the Avsim thread that's mentioned, it sounds like it's either a Milviz or Flight1 (in-house) production. It hasn't "officially" been announced yet, but there are strong hints.

Regardless of who makes it, (and there are a few Milviz testers between the major forums acting coy), I'm sure it'll be great! It's been a needed aircraft within FSX!
