Looks like this one flew under the radar. A small Russian homebuilt aircraft for FSX. Freeware.

Read the following for everything you need to know about the addon (that I've discovered so far)....
Download the main aircraft and the update from these two links:

The aircraft (mainly the update) comes with three liveries. Plain white, white/green, and the the yellow/red you see here.
The only controls in the aircraft are as follows, throttle, ignition, and fuel tank selector.
There is no mixture switch (that I can find yet) so I suggest mapping a key to a joystick or something to enrich your fuel mixture so you can start.
To start the aircraft, enrich the mixture using your mapped key, make sure the fuel selector is in an appropriate position, then lean out to the side (you can switch VC views using the "A" key) and click on the propeller.
The shift keys bring up a few features, such as a nice Russian watch serving as a clock (which I may be copying into other aircraft in the future), an accurate-looking handheld communication radio, and what looks like a slide-rule for calculations of some sort, but it's all in Russian and I have no idea what it's actually for.
The update allows you to add liveries, switch from normal to "aerobatic" flight dynamics, and I believe there is a file in there that modifies the canvas textures on the aircraft, but I haven't touched it.
Also note, when installing the repaints, copy (but do not replace) the texture files from the base texture folder (all-white texture) to the new texture folders or you will be missing textures on the yellow/red and green/white aircraft.
Sound is mapped to the default Trike. The real thing uses a Rotax engine.
The aircraft does not have brakes! (That was fun discovering that...)
Here is a video featuring the real aircraft (and variants)
