Yeah I'll definitely be scoring this. Norway is a great spot for flying, its the New Zealand of the northern Hemisphere

Loads of great free and payware airports and now this will be the icing on the cake.

I hope that ORBX have checked the elevations this time and all your addons don't have to be tweaked to make them work and not have them like the NZ ones all to hell

Initial verdict:
Nice, if you don't already have a lot of addons for Norway (airports, mesh, landclass, etc).
In my case, it was underwhelming for what it is because I already had extensive landclass, mesh, and custom airports for the country, but it does normalize the textures across the region and you get some neat scenery for certain areas (Oslo, Alesund, etc).
Pros:
Comprehensive for the entire country.
Nice scenery for Oslo and Alesund (still seeing if there are more custom areas).
Cons:
Currently there is texture (season...snow vs. green grass) compatibility issues with Aerosoft's Bergen and Stavanger (and apparently Oslo...not sure about Tromso, as I only have Bergen and Stavanger). They will apparently work with the author of those sceneries to try to fix the issue. For now, unless you are flying in the middle of Summer, you will likely be flying into a snow-covered airport surrounded by green terrain.
Possibly some issues with the "Airports of Norway" and "GA Airfields of Norway" freeware. Tromso seems fine, but noticed some elevation issues with Kristiansund (sund..not sand...haven't checked that airport yet), and some texture and minor terrain issues around Molde. Some of this may be fixable with the deletion of certain files.
So...if you have nothing for the country currently, and like Orbx products, I'd say either get it now, or wait for the airport compatibility issues to be resolved (as you'll likely want to buy some addon airports for the region as well).
If you make use of the "flightsimnorway.com" website and/or any other extensive mesh, landclass, and/or airport sceneries, I would hold off.

Mmmm.. thanks Sean. I have all of the above so will definitely wait awhile.
FFS why bother releasing it? The test team would have known for sure it wasn't working

Hmm It dose sound a little like "If I ruled the world" .. what is the problem and specific people who know Norway to build on Norway ... same with the little country called N .. forgot the rest

I will say that even if FTX Norway is a bit dissapointing for me (until the addon sceneries are addressed), I am enjoying the Seneca V by Carenado that I purchased at the same time. The glass panel is quite enjoyable, and the amount of info I can pull up certainly makes things easy.
Just did the GPS Runway 29 approach into NZWU, and it went flawlessly!
