July is always the quietest month in the Store, I don't know why, you'd think that this would be the ideal time to bask in the warm glow of an over-worked graphics card, flying to exotic places... like Taupo...

Coming up for mid-day, it's decision time -- I have $5 for the weekend, do I use the last of the credit on my Metrocard to go to Lyttelton and get a can of catfood for $1.50, which would leave me with enough for a loaf of bread and a can of beans, or do I just walk to the Diamond Harbour Store and get a $5 can of catfood? Decisions, decisions...

P.S. just to clarify, the catfood is for the cat, not me!

I'm trying not to think about bills this month, and yesterday I wrecked my phone, so things are going from bad to worse. So you don't know how much I do appreciate new orders!

Just submitted an order (finally) for the subscription. Didn't take advantage of the Nelson special (since I already had Nelson) but I did use the forum-related discount code.
Now just waiting for the order to "process" and looking forward to trying out the scenery. The Rotorua region is a favorite, so that's really what prompted the purchase! Hopefully downloading will go smoothly since I'm in the US.

With the Amazon Cloudfront CDN I would hope that delivery to the US would be good -- let me know how it goes. I don't have a lot of US customers, so have limited feedback about download performance.

The download speeds are quick, very quick. I think I'll have everything downloaded and installed in less than 40 minutes.

Question: I did see a comment in the subscription package 7 (or whichever one Rotorua was in) saying that some objects are incompatible with P3D version 2.5 currently. I currently use FSX so that's no factor, but I'm wondering if things are still incompatible, or has an update been released and the comment not removed? I may choose to upgrade to P3D within the next few months.

The issue with the initial Rotorua release has been fixed, so the current download works well in P3D.
