That dose look very smart B-) , just recent been doing artwork Queenstown Lakeside Villas , I mention to Helen how good FS but this is one screen I have to show her , she tonight pick up another poster for a Dunedin concern.

I might trick her .. tell about this photo :D

Wow! And i thought i has FSX looking just about right!
Whenever that Nvidia GTX1080 releases im going to make the full time mover over to P3D

Yeah P3D really has come along. Version 3.3 is out now but I will wait until things are ironed out first.
FSX looks very cartoonish compared to P3D.
The academic license is all you need for normal desktop simming. The latest 3.3 Pro version has some very good changes to support multi computer/screens/projectors but it is very expensive.

Ive purchased the developers license in the past but my PC wasnt really up to spec and struggled to give me the same smooth experience i get when using FSX. Soon though :)

Things have changed and with latest versions of P3D much of the system demand has now been offloaded to the GPU.
Also you do not need the sliders up as far as in FSX to achieve the same result.
