NZFF Annual Awards Ceremony "Forum Field Airshow "“ 2007'
As NZFF prepares to celebrate its one year anniversary in style with the "Forum Field Air show' it has been decided that the outstanding individual achievements of the last 12 months should also be recognised and celebrated.
The "First Annual NZFF awards' will conclude the Forum Field Airshow. Categories are as follows:
Most Influential Flightsimmer of the year = Joe Blogs
Virtual Pilot of the year = Joe Blogs
Scenery Developer of the year = Joe Blogs
Scenery of the year = Gore by Joe Blogs
Repainter of the year = Joe Blogs
Repaint of the year = Air New Zealand 787 by Joe Blogs
Aircraft model of the year = Boeing 787 by Joe Blogs
Best video of the year = "My crash' by Joe Blogs
Screenshot artist of the year = by Joe Blogs
Voting will be done by way of PM sent directly to me (ZK-TJL), in each category voters place their 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice.
So a vote in the Repainter of the year category would look like this:
Repainter of the Year = 1 Mickey Mouse, 2 Donald Duck, 3 Pluto Dog
Please don't make your vote's public (Your vote will not count if you do so).
-Only Current NZFF members (with at least 1 month membership and 10+ posts) can vote.
-Only Current NZFF members can be voted for.
-You cannot vote for yourself.
-Once you have cast your votes they can not be changed.
I cannot be voted for in any category as I am organising these awards. It has been decided not to use a forum poll, as it will not be a surprise on the day if the votes were taken this way.
The 3 people in each category that receive the most votes will be nominees for that category, and the winner being the nominee with the most votes. Each nominee will have their achievement briefly outlined by the master of ceremonies. Each winner will have the chance to make a quick speech (If present on the day).
Further to these listed awards is the "Best Display at the 2007 Forum Field Airshow' award which will be selected by a panel of judges.
Finally there will be a special awards section.
No physical award or prize will be given, simply the honour of recognition by your New Zealand Flightsim peers.

It has become the single greatest resource we have; it has allowed us to form friendships with others who share our passion for flight simulation.
Another big thank you to David Hall. David molded "Forum Field' and made our air show possible. It truly is "an air show field' and we look forward to the air shows to come at this aerodrome.
Lastly, Jon Murchison. Its is Jon's abilities that brought us this air show, with an estimated 300+ hours going into this event from Jon"¦..Quite simply, without Jon this air show would not have happened.
Congratulations to all the Winners and the nominees and thanks again that those who took the time to vote.
