More pics....from last week....i dont think these made it onto the internet yet.

















It only took those guys 3 days to put the aircraft back together.

Now there is no indication here nor do they show it , the size off the tube of glue unsure.gif

Instruction 1 .. repaint here (Oh already done biggrin.gif) , now carefully glue this part 1A to part 1B ... smack in the chops by Sgt James ... We do not do that in this Hanger 'SIR' laugh.gif

Thanks guys.....Adam, thats the same P-40 we always had....its only about 5 months away from rollout.

Marty this is a great series you are showing us - I hope some of these can be worked into the exhibit.

Yeah that shot mating the wing: I swear the Airfix model worked exactly like that.
And just use the pin with a drop of glue, if it smeared it would ruin the rivet line!

Charl, there will be a set of photos showing the whole process on display with the aircraft in about a weeks time, i think the public will be interested in seeing that.
