A while ago I edited the respective pages on Wikipedia based on info online. What's there is:

I-16 Type 24 White 45/N30425, Commemorative Air Force, Texas, USA
I-16 Type 24 White 28/N1639P, Military Aviation Museum, Virginia, USA
I-16 Type 24 CM-249/EC-JRK, Fundación Infante de Orleans, Madrid, Spain
I-16 Type 24 Red 4/NX7459, Flying Heritage Collection, Washington, USA
I-16 Type 24 9/D-EPRN, private owner, Germany
I-16 Type 24 34/RA-1561G, private owner, Russia
I-153 Red 10/RA-1562G, private owner, Russia
I-153 White 75, Spain
I-153 Red 16/N153RP, Military Aviation Museum, Virginia, USA

Jurgis Kairys has flown 9/D-EPRN at Duxford, I haven't seen much of the Chaikas or the CAF I-16 since about 2005.

Sprinkled alright , pleased I did see the combination of six, such a unique sound with them, same year Tom Middleton crash landed the I-153 due to under-cart malfunction , two years later I-153 was to display but had a dogfight with a feathered friend on the training day ripping the leading edge open so grounded then ... the 2000 show was a bit bummed due to the weather , after then they started to migrate.

This aircraft was bought in New Zealand. Who was the previous owner?

The entire program in re-builds of the Polikarpov's was done by New Zealand Famous Warbird Entrepreneur , Sir Tim Wallis, he was into deer recoverey which Russia had an interest , this lead to Sir Tim to organize and get the production up and running again .. more a long story to it , but generally that is what happened.
