That is an SU-22, Polish by the looks of it. Hope the pilot knows a good chiropractor.

I was at Omaka and saw ZK-NVY tip over. It was quite a windy day which made for some super STOL activity. I doubt some of the STOL landings will be beaten in a hurry, and The only time I have seen an aircraft fly backwards! After NVY tipped over they ended the competition.
