the A380 is an ugly bit of kit .... very ugly .
All preceding models were very elegant ... and then they did that!
Dont want to turn this into a B vs A contest , but from an aesthetic point of view .... its ugly.[/quote]
They really could have done something with that nose ...... reason why it keeps crashing into things, trying to get a nose job ..

Sorry to rekindle the argument, but I really do think the A350 and the A400 are decent machines thumbup1.gif

Well we don't really know anything about the A350 yet do we?

Tell you what: as I walk from the departure lounge through a tube into the belly of the liner, I don't really notice, or care, how gorgeous is the nose of the craft from the outside.
The passenger experience is what counts, and when booking I find an A380 going near where I want to be.
Unbeatable.
Would like to try a B789 though when it comes.

Charl , i was reading something the other day regarding one of the Gulf operators , and their super luxury A-380's . A butler and a chef .... in your suite
I cant recall the route they quoted but the price was $20,000 .
