If it was me I would definitely land it with the wheels up, firstly:
As it is such a small place you would want to land and stop smartly, instead of trying to break with the wheels and stop before them houses (or what ever obstacles). Secondly:
As the Glassairs have a pretty weak nose wheel assembly, landing off airfield I would want to eliminate he risk of the nose gear collapsing and the aircraft flipping on its back. Not from a damage point of view, but escape. Imagine trying to get out of that thing up side down... especially if a wee fire has started....
