I am not sure if the first of the new 777-300's will have that livery.
Looking at a photo of the first one being assembled at Seattle the rudder is white. The rudders are painted (and balanced) prior to attachment to the fin.
Looking at the video if it were to be in this All Black paint scheme then it would be painted predominately black.
I would bet money on a whole new livery that is being kept under wraps. After all this aircraft will have an entirely new interior, uniforms and service delivery standard.
It would be a logical time to change the livery too.
