Amazing aircraft illustration artwork !

A place for 'real world' pilots and aviation enthusiasts to discuss their hobby

Postby bennz » Mon Nov 08, 2010 9:11 am

Hi All,

I know this topic is not related to NZ aviation . But hence nothing much happening in NZ at least we can enjoy other aviation topics.
I was told about a guy called Nick Knapp who does amazing airliner/aircraft illustration artwork , I checked his site ( www.DynamicArtsGallery.com) and his work is truly amazing !

Go have a look and browse through his creation ( few Air NZ ones there from LOTR ). Amount of details and accuracy is outstanding. He can do custom design as well.
I have no affiliation with him and his work , but I thought we all can enjoy something fresh and nice!

I guess its a great idea for a gift for aviation enthusiast or employee. A friend of mine got one made for his uncle flying on 747 United for 25 years. He was very impressed with it, it looked very professional and you could see every marking on it.

Actually the price for artworks [ 45 X 30 CM ] for 23GBP [ $40NZD ] including shipping is not bad value for money at all.
Maybe will be expensive or space consuming if you want to collect them biggrin.gif
