Anyone know what's happening with this? Seems to be taking a break? What's the chances it actually returns?

RedBull Air Race is having a break this year. The global recession had put a pinch on finances. Perth was an "only just" last year... They will return next year (we hope).

It really isn't easy to convince sponsers to put up a $1M for an event like this. Remember, the $1M isn't just sales but profit from the sponsor...

Only sport i would watch ,Aircraft really going for it , beats fuseball and allbacks and soccer poohs , come to think i would watch Girls netball (not for some reasons) just for the speed control and skill .

Well I hope it comes back, greatest sport it is.

One of the last sports that still needs a decent pair of nuts as well.
