I've been watching this with ineterest and you have answered my question on wether its open to the public. YES biggrin.gif I leart to fly at Te Kowai so it is a special place for me. I have heard that they are trying to model it so its like a mini oshkosh. Should be good. (and only 10 mins form home)

I was out there thursday and today. The XL750 was very cool. Was dissapointed that the shedule stated that the Martin Jetpack included a product launch and "Demo" I specificaly went out todayagain to see the "demo" only to find it was just a talk on the company while standing around gazing at one of the prototypes. A little dissapointing. Also the virtual v's real time air racing "Sky Challenge" did not eventuate. The duke engine stand was interesting. It is a rotating axial piston engine. Very compact and suposedly powerful and I saw my first proper air display of a bantem microlight performed by Noel Bailey. Max Clear, Owner of Micro Aviation was nowhere to be seen the entire weekend which was a little strange.

One off the most famous cockups regarding a font would be on the historical flights No.15 Harvard , least the above could be a let try .
