What they are designed for , in out and with a load but NZ dose not have that ergency who the hell is so important , not the PM .. , was,nt the 146 was it ?

Don't think so, it was too big to be a BAe 146. But, I only seen the tail end of it. Going to the airport now to check it out.

The same C-17 just hauled out of Hamilton airport and disappeared into the clouds, looked like it mighta been turning north.
No doubt HamiltonWest will have some pics for us soon

Guys, just got back from the airport. Wasn't anywhere in sight, I arrived about 30 min after it landed and it was gone
Was a few people around the airport looking for it lol

A41-207 started today out of Whenuapai then direct to Wellington for an approach, then Palmy, Hamilton, Ohakea (for lunch by the looks) and I understand next approach/overshoot will be Whangarei sometime around 1500 before back to Whenuapai.

I think its been used to transport desalination units to Tokelau and some other nearby Inlands that are running out of water. Both NZ and AU are helping out

Damn, all the cool stuff at Hamilton happens on my RDOs

. Although not always a bad thing, they stop us doing circuits when the hercs + orions come to visit haha.

C-17 just flew over Glen Eden in a NW direction. Whenuapai bound I would assume.
