With this flight we were actually about quite a few lbs over weight. Had to loose some weight, only thing was that we had nothing we could chuck out and running a minimum fuel in tanks (80ltrs). So, what did we do? Well, another instructor kindly gave his services as he was a little lighter (thanks Leo). I had already waited 2 weeks for a flight due to crappy weather and didn't want to miss out on another flight. I think we actually were about 40lbs under MTOW in the end. Was a great flight though even if it was a little bumpy here and there.

Likewise, my boss actually told me to loose some weight to fit more parachutists in the plane and I barley weight 70KG!
Yeah, agreed Trolly. I do have more clips to add (including the landing), just have to get them from my colleagues' cameras. I will get these Tuesday no doubt then I will remake the vid and upload. I usually wait to complete my videos but since the weather was deteriorating in the late afternoon and I had nothing else planned I thought I would piece what I had up then ship it out.FlyingKiwi wrote:QUOTE (FlyingKiwi @ Oct 21 2012,6:46 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>You'd be surprised how many flights I pick up on account of my light stature.
Well Leo, sounds like it works out for those involved

70kg? You're a heavyweight compared to me.

FK .. you could always try 'the Ian Warren weight loss program' , loose 20KG with a good bang on the head
