Hi ya Ethan , Yes indeedo , Pan Am flew 707s into Auckland in the late 1960s and into the early 1970s until replaced by the 747.

Just a thought as well, we had 707s in Christchurch, the QANTAS V-Jet as it was labeled , left almost every Sunday around 4.00pm .. had the short 138 series and later the 328s .

A BOAC 707 was here for the opening of Mangere...not sure whether they were scheduled visitors here.

Good thought Naki, Paul I am sure B.O.A.C was a regular and also the B.O.A.C cargo .. be well worth checking out the others .. Lufthansa/Condor was another, well worth a little research , 707s into New Zealand , course you do get the standard USAF types as well.

The 138's which is JT model really are a very pretty machine, shorter with under fuselage fin .. they are the SPs of the 707s , I guess you would have to live in Auckland and been a regular out at the airport to track the first decade and follow up into mid 1980s to follow thru with 707 arrivals .
