Curious me as always
I always say Seven-*-Seven

Seven-*-Seven, except for the 777 which is generally "triple seven".

Again... it depends on the model...

A 767-300 is a "Seven Six Three"
A 747-400 is a "Seven Four Four"
A 777-200 is a "Seven Seven Two"

Unfortunately, "Seven-*-First number of model" is not an option :(

73G or 73W if it has winglets.
