At this stage it is "tech stop out and tanker in" although some inbound longhaul flights are tech stopping at places like Nadi on the way back to Auckland.
Where possible we tanker in to max landing weight. Not sure how long places like Nadi can continue to provide fuel like this as their own stocks are usually limited.
As time goes on there will be more and more disruption.

My girlfriend flew out tonight to San Fran. by Air NZ 777. They are stopping at Nadi for a fuel stop which is normally a non stop flight

To appreciate the enormity of the problem on a normal day we go through about 1.65 million litres of Jet A1. We are now restricted to 0.5 million.

The turboprops seem to be ok at the moment, as we can uplift from the regional destinations. But in some places we are weight limited such as New Plymouth, Nelson etc
I think the trouble will come is when the regional ports that get their Jet fuel from Auckland start to run out.
Latest rumor is that some of the A320's will be flying to Tauranga or Rotorua to fill up on fuel and then back to Auckland to depart.

Probably not so much a rumour. A 787 is flying empty to Wellington and back to pick up fuel for Buenos Aires.

We were restricted to a 1900kg uplift at NZPM the other night. Wasn't going to get the 737 very far if we arrived min gas from a diversion

We have had our fuel restrictions lifted for the week as we are apparently well ahead of our allocation.
As for the taming the beast, I wish! Sometimes it seems I'm just along for the ride

Things are still chaotic for us.
Yesterday's flight from RAR to SYD had to go thru TBU for fuel only to be told when they got there that there wasn't enough fuel so they had to go to AKL.
Our flight tonight from RAR to LAX is planned via PPT to refuel. Hope we get some. Wouldn't it be terrible to be stranded in Tahiti
