Most of us have heard of Iron Maiden, but few know the name of the lead singer Bruce Dickinson.
Even fewer will know that he is a real life pilot, flying a Jungmeister, Captains a 757 and is also a Flight Simmer !!!

Video

Gives an opposite view to the "Bad Boy" rock image.

Have you watched his Heavy Metal Airliner docu on sky - a must see! Wish I could get it on DVD.

He is also into tanks as I saw him on another programme pounding around a mud field in a heavy tank.

The guy is amazing - he also represented Britain in the Olympics in fencing.

Yeah ive always been a big fan of Iron Maiden  ,i havent watch the video but i know he was part of a 24 sim flight awhile back and alot of his music tells tales of flying high ,or virtual ways ,i suppose he is meaning the sim and his career ,and back in the day the wishes of flying ,
the kaman movie i did had the song from there latest record ,really good but hes lost alittle of that famous voice of his i think
