Anyone out there know if G-RHOP has arrived and where she is?

Saturday 12 April 2008

Great Barrier Airlines took delivery of BN Trislander G-RHOP with the aircraft arriving at Auckland from Lord Howe Island a little after 1700.

Is it just me or does that thing look like it's not very safe?

Only thing that looks nice (IMO) Is the blue/purple and yellow/orange go together well. Never liked the looks of the Islander. Don't like the look of the Trislander either, but there's something about it that grabs me...probably the wing being mounted so far back, and the nose looks like a missle!

Why did the strip the last one down?

Also how long is the flight from Lord Howe Island?
