Nice pic, KBG...surely you have Google?
First hit on oy-ncn puts you back to A.N which announces it to be a Fairchild Dornier 328JET
Google also trawls forums and download sites (Including this one!)
Flight Sim Fairchild Dornier will keep you occupied for hours... ;)

............and its out of production as the company went bust. The 328jet evolved from the 328 turboprop version.

In the FS world theres a payware version under development by Eaglesoft - although it has been under development for a looooooooooonnnnng time.

Charl-Hey thanks for the heads up, i never knew you could do that, kind of obvious when you come to think of it. Thanks for checking it anyway!

You learn something new everyday!

Naki-Thanks, i will check out their site, thanks for helping!

I wonder if it has some hydraulics system in the landing gear as it looks very low to the ground?

Yeah, it's a strange looking aircraft.

This is what happens if a manufacturer goes:

"Lets try swapping propellers for engines on one of our planes"

Looks a little odd with the now redundantly long undercarriage. I also wonder how it might look with low-bypass turbofans such as the JT8D... Maybe even some bizjet engines?
