Had an absolute blast today took Robinson R-22 ZK-ION up for a refresher did some Hover practice and on Finals to NZTE we did an Autorotation haven't done one in ages so it was good.

Then this afternoon I was tempted to go for my first ever Fixed-Wing Flight that was such a wicked experience doing sharp turns in Alpha 160-A ZK-WCD and actually getting to take-off myself had me d@mn near leaving skiddys on the seat hahahaha yeah I know sounds bad but it was my first time EVER in a plane that small don't know why but I feel a lot safer in choppers as they are what I'm used too.

But all in all guys it was a wicked day and + I got my theory books as well Im going to splash out for a couple more lessons in the Alpha just for a different experience.

That sounds fun, I went flying in a Robin 2160A on Saturday and did some aerobatics which was fun because I have never done them before. They are much more fun than 172s in my opinion! laugh.gif
