A NZer is making a bit of a splash at Oshkosh - not sure about it myself - looks dangerous ..and three people to fly it and keep it steady???? Its not a jet either it has ducted fan engines

It looks pretty cool cool.gif I saw it on one news last night as well.
Aparently a Sunday presenter actually flew it and said it was really easy.

They say Oshkosh is for Experimental aircraft , I'm sure those chaps holding him down should let go and see how far he went biggrin.gif

The full news item is to be broadcast this weekend (Being the 3rd of August) on TV1's 'Sunday'. The links I've come across are pretty cool and its only US$100,000 to buy! I don't know if I'd want to take it above 2m though!

saw it on tv last night. looks pretty cool. they said the reason why there are two people holding it down is because they havent tested it enough and the temptation of gassing it and flying away is too great biggrin.gif i want one!
