In the spirit of NZFF member meetups that have taken place over the last two and a half years at various airshows around the country- I thought I better start a topic for the 2009 season.

Classic Fighters Omaka

So, who plan's to attend what? I'm hoping to be at both Whenuapai and Omaka...

I'll flick you a message Andrew if I can make it to Omaka. I'll be home in Nelson for Easter weekend and might be able to convince my Dad to drive us over.

I'll hopefully be at Omaka. I'll probably be with mates though so we'll just keep to ourselves rather than meeting up.

Ill be at Omaka as per normal.

Probably just Whenuapai for me.

Motueka - RAANZ National Fly-in, 12 to 15 March 2009.
Waipukurau - NZ Aerobactic Championships, 18 to 22 March 2009.
Auckland - Whenuapai Air Show 21 March 2009.
Blenheim - Omaka Classic Fighters Airshow 10-12th April 2009.

On the Calender is the last airshow at Wigram this February ... I have a few choice words for the the idiots destroying the NZ Aviation heritage , 90 years gone !

We will probably be sitting around a picnic table just outside my front door and across the road from the airfield watching the Classic fighters airshow

Will I was going to try and make the Wairarapa show but economics and time have dictated otherwise - I will try and make the Whenuapai one though.

Sounds like a few are going to Omaka, we will have to organise a meetup closer to the airshow date!

Whenuapai only(

I'll be there at Masterton this weekend. It's too close for me to miss....I'm goint to Omaka,too.

Im going to Classic fighters (omaka) and there is NO WAY im going to miss the Wigram airshow

I'll definitely be at the Whenuapai one, but probably not any of the others unless I can get together some money from somwhere soon.

I'll be at Omaka. Seems to be quite a few people going, wouldn't mind a meetup as suggested before.
