Hey guys, does anyone know here how I can get it to sort data by the titles in the top line of the pic? Eg I want to get it so it sorts the data from Shortest distance-longest distance. Pic here:

Doesn't look like the Excel I use but try putting a tick in the box that says "My data has headers" as your Line 2 contains your a headers/titles. You should then be able to choose the preferences eg Column B then by Column C etc etc
Testers are born to fiddle. What does this button do? Oh! Never mind.....

Thanks, Also when it sorts by distance it's doing it wrong. It puts all the numbers with a 1 at the front first, then a 2 etc, so I'll have a 1000nm airport before a 200nm airport. How can I fix this without putting a '0' on the front of all three digit distances?

Create 2 columns, 1 for the value, the other for the "NM" text.
Use Data/text to columns to do this quickly.

The other option is to format the cells so that it adds the NM to the end of the number as a format rather than a text string.
