Hmm, unlikely to get all the way up here - it'd be cool to have some snow for a change. The Desert Road will probably get a dusting though...

Lucky you down there in the South Island!

I miss the snow from back home in England- hope I get to see some while I'm back in Europe this winter :P

We will be seeing more and more of it at this time of year.
I went down to Wanaka in May and it was snowing on the ground at Queenstown, Wanaka, and Arrowtown.
The first day we drove from Queenstown to Wanaka over the crown ranges and there was no snow around the road and then two days later it was covered! :D

Got a wee dusting of snow last year when we were going through Lindis Pass in (early) Spring, which was neat. :)
