Hi all,

I am wanting to setup a website to display my photos but to start off with i would like to use a free website.

Does anyone know what site would be best ??

I would like to do all the HTML myself and upload the site, not use thoes free online web builderes as they are limited in what they can do.

Thanks

Free hosting? Try atspace.com.

There are other sites around, but that is one I've used in the past.

50gigs.net, quite simple really , you get 50gigs of free hosting space and theres all mod-cons etc... you even get a free domain, example.co.cc

Before you go to all the trouble yourself, try a quick visit to Google Picasa - you can upload pics there, use it to sort them into albums, up to 500 pics per album. It will do the thumbnails for you, you can comment on each pic, and it will even run a slide show for you. You get 1gb of free storage.

An example:

And if you're (unfortunate enough to be) a Telecom/Xtra customer... you get a free Flickr Pro account...
