wonder why they cannot build muffle system to take away the crack and pop .. tubes directed to the fuselage - alloy shealthed in balsa ... wonder anyone has tried that , power to wait ratio - certain it could addressed .

These days there is lots of great sound available for model railways, on chips or micro SD cards - wonder what could be done with something as big as that Cat...

Its the engines itself , example boy racers put MILO tins on the back of the exhaust to increase the noise , we need to go the other way and channel the sound , sorta like plumbing then into something similar to firearm silencer .

Just chuck chainsaw engines in there, a pair of those would improve the sound on any model aircraft.
