Go for it, Marty!

I have been riding all my various British and Jap bikes..solo and sidecar, (NO Harley-Davidsons!)... since I was 16 years old in 1950, and even at my age now 80!, I still ride my Honda and Yamaha bikes every day!
No problems with traffic jams...and the freedom of the open road cant be beaten!

2 wheels: The closest you are going to get to a Sopwith Camel...trust me!

A highly recommended mode of transport...and as much fun as you can imagine!..... clapping.gif ...It beats "Sex" any day of the week!....and is less dangerous... thumbup1.gif ...!

If you are thinking..."Motorbikes".....GO FOR IT!....big or small...whatever you can afford...Trust me!... biggrin.gif ...!

Spring is approaching us in England, and I am looking forward to all those fantastic bike trips around the beautiful English countryside!

Paul...Meep...meep.... cool.gif ...!

I wish I still had the Ducati 250 Mach1 I bought meself for my 1970 (?) birthday.
Always enjoyed getting the best out of a lightweight, to make a consistent average, rather than applying heaps of grunt when pointing straight, braking heavily for turns and hoping to survive.

'Propliner' is actually short for 'Proper airliner, with big rumbly radials'

Funny you should mention that Mike.... winkyy.gif ....

Dream?......>>> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ducati_Mach_1

After many, many bikes of many different sizes from my first 1949, 350cc Royal Enfield Bullet in 1950, to my later 1948, 1000cc Vee-Twin, Vincent-HRD Rapide, and all sorts in between, and my Honda 998cc Fireblade and CBR 600 FM Honda Super-sport....
..at the moment my beautiful 1994 Honda CB 500RR Twin is presently languishing inside my house, whilst I am having loads of fun and laughs on my classic 1983-1993 Yamaha RX-S 100 speedy, 2-stroke..in blue...>>> https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=Yamah ... 52&bih=796 ...nipping around the countryside at "sensible" speeds <70MPH... with a gigantic grin on my face....and enveloped in clouds of blue smoke!!....drool.gif ....!

So much fun may soon be made illegal!.... ohmy.gif ....!

Paul....2-stroking.... biggrin.gif ...!

P.S. My best British bike was my 1958, 650cc Twin, BSA Super Rocket Café Racer. Wish I still had her now!
