Out feeding the birds

Postby Ian Warren » Sun Jun 21, 2015 8:59 am

YIP our feathered flying things , always feed them on the roof off a shed, back in the day MARSBAR just looked up and said .. yip damn birds .. not sure what he meant .. with a slight dihedral .. never thought and I never noticed this before , I always break the bread up in birdy mouth bite munches , I never seen this were the tin shed and due to rain a lite coating of ice .. well only found that out when two Blackbirds stopped for a feed ... I just happen to be looking , both slid down to the guttering ... both looked around with a real BIRD BRAIN look and tried to climb up .. made my morning .

I seem to spend large amounts of my time every day, heaving bricks at my neighbours "MARSBAR" friends, to prevent them from unnecessary killing my lovely garden birds which I feed and encourage every day!

Feeding garden birds needs care not to leave food on the ground to attract Rats and other vermin.

Certain of our garden bird species seem to be slowly disappearing year after year!

Paul....I love my garden birds...(not too fond of Cats though!).... :wink2: ... ...!

Hehe - at the Sydney Aquarium, you walk through a glass tunnel inside the big tank, with fish all around. On one visit I saw a big Flathead and a Wobbegong shark have a head-on collision as they tried to cross over the arch :o

'Propliner' is actually short for 'Proper airliner, with big rumbly radials'

That's the trouble with Fish...

They ignore the rules for passing each other...

We get the Garaft Moron types .." Kill all Cats " .. Over the years I have had two cats that have brought me two birds , both able to fly away again .. if you really look after your four legged friends they don't need to go on the Hunter Kill mode , leave them to there instincts .. well no option and they will .. simple as that HUMANS are the same , It was funny to watch these birds sliding on ice .. and in there bird brain cases thinking OH BUGGER!
