Tin roofs, hail, that sorta thing

Of course, these airline pilots are only glorified bus drivers, aren't they....

'Propliner' is actually short for 'Proper airliner, with big rumbly radials'

Not the first time. Love to see the bird that smashed the radar dome tho...

Meet the original hail storm damage :)

The ole ARBUSTED now ICEBUSTED , that must be a rap ! , actually it is quite impressive what other objects do the aircraft , forget the warring factor .. simply the wildlife and course other aircraft or the just recent radio controlled drones, very surprised this sort off damage is not seen more often, your always going to get weird weather, course another ARBUST was the 340 from South America ....

I do wonder as a backup for a pilot having instruments , would it also not be a good idea for went such an emergency dose happen the pilot also has access to a FLIR/Visuals to one off there MFDs .. not a silly idea.

Lemme point out Ian, Boeings, Douglas, McDonnell Douglas, Beech, Raytheon, all are vulnerable to hail. This isn't an Airbus issue...
