Not much really , but great sounds . I think the 757 sounds the best .
Which reminds me , when i was with the boys in AKL , we all argreed that the best reverse thrust sound was the 767 .... just thought I'd throw that in.

Always liked to sit just behind the wing on a 727, to watch the landing - the whole wing opened up, bits poking out everywhere, all you could see was the mainspar, a great roar from behind, and then as you came to the high-speed turnout, everything folded back and we proceeded to the gate.
It always put me in mind of a stately dowager entering a room, lepping into a mad Irish Jig, then smoothing her dress and continuing sedately to her seat as if nothing had happened

Nice Marty, the 757 does have that characteristic buzz saw at full power (RB211 I think?)
I was watching the 787 wing flex, then noticed the 777 ain't far behind...

And I do remember the 727 doing that tidying up thing too, very eloquently phrased, Mike.
I never saw one use its tail staircase come to think of it.

In the early 70's I once caught a "Red Eye" from San Diego to San Francisco. It was a 727 and we boarded from the tail staircase and exited the same way. I was sitting in one of the last rows just alongside the food area. I was tempted to sample one of the free quality French champagne offers until I noticed the carton the bottle was being extracted from. It was labelled "Mexican Wines"; I had a orange drink instead
