Home again - the camera, that is.

Postby emfrat » Mon Apr 18, 2016 6:52 pm

Well, thanks to a nice lady from Greymouth, who found it and handed it in, my camera is now back in Forest Hill. Battery still showing a full charge, and some reasonable pics too. :D
There is also some rubbish but that is normal. I was sure I had a camcorder shot of the fuselage prop in use on the Devon, but it is missing along with quite a few other stills I took on Sunday, to duplicate the camera ones I had taken on Friday, before I lost the camera. Operator error for sure, but I was that fuddled with the 'flu I was past noticing at the time.
Just have to go back again, I suppose.... ;)

'Propliner' is actually short for 'Proper airliner, with big rumbly radials'

Pleased its back how and in your finger tips, Thinking about twice, its not a bad excuse for or to return, also I do know many who live in Greymouth, so I'm guessing its not so strange the camera was returned :)

Wonderful news!

I just hope that when I get lost in town, some kind person will pop me into a Taxi to take me back home again.

The chance is getting more and more likely as I get older and older... :( ...!

"Memory" is a wonderful thing!.... ....!

Paul...where am I?..... .... .....!
