Rob , Im sorry you missed your black Fantail ....but today ...I got an Australasian shoveler. Spotted him a while ago on our local pond/ mini lake.
My partner and I went for a walk this afternoon ...with a camera ...and there he was. He maintained a good distance from the regular ducks.
