Bananas in my living room

Postby Splitpin » Sat Jul 01, 2023 6:44 pm

It's getting cold down here ...-2c tonight, so Bill and Ben are inside for a few days, SWMBO isn't too happy.
But the frost will kill them, and I think they lend a certain something to the area :)

Sorry about the huge photo, had to do it on my phone and email it to myself.

Bananas mashed with a bit of sugar, and served on toast is very nice but I am not allowed to eat 'nanas these days. Too much potassium, apparently. :(

Healthy Living:
Diet, Weight and Exercise...>>>

https://www.hsph.harvard.edu/nutritions ... longevity/

Diet: Loads of Spuds and Cabbage, with Meaty stuff, every day.
Weight:140 Lbs, (10 stone), before the early morning Crap.
Exercise: Stuff to avoid in excess, (wears the joints out). It interferes with my daily Snooze patterns.

A good, healthy appetite, every day, contributes to my desire to live to 150!
Coming up to 90...I'm on my way there!
Be very afraid!!
