The new updated Clearnet page .. Nice to get these little facts smile.gif

Amsterdam has a population of 750 000, but there are over 1 000 000 bikes on the streets at any point in time. Over 30 000 bicycles end up in Amsterdam's canals each year.


Looks like they treat push bikes like the Greeks like breaking dinner plates unsure.gif nah .... BUT .. population .. then the number of bikes ... no wonder 30,000 bicycles end up in the canals each year , they are lonely moving around the streets on there own ... think its a very 'hi' suicide rate amongst the lonely bicycle in the city of Amsterdam . rolleyes.gif

can safely say that after drinking their coffee, there was no way i was going anywhere near a bicycle or canal

The thought of visiting Holland, and finding my trusty Motor-bike ending up in a canal, fills me with dread!
