Yes, it's always nice to get positive feedback and this sort shows real appreciation and recognition of your talent. I send out monthly or so photos to people who say they are interested and it's always good to get some sort of feedback from them (though mostly they don't so i end up wondering am I missimg the mark or something!)

Often great artists are not fully recognised during their lifetimes.......
