I'm impressed that people still have stuff that works, my old VIC20 and C64 got quite corroded, but I generally live near the sea, so that can't be helped. I did keep the dead ones, but they went in the latest clear-out. Tossing them into the pit at the dump was a weird experience...

Another find was a box of SLR cameras, some mine and some belonged to the kids for their school photography classes. For a long time these were the most treasured things I owned, but now I really have no use for a film camera. It does seem a shame, though, as some of these were technological marvels.

I took up photography back at school, as the school darkroom was a nice quiet lockable place to take the girlfriend. Girlfriends come and go, but photography lasts forever:)
