Alert - Vodafone / Ihug Broadband users

I'm a long time Ihug, now vodafone ISP customer. Earlier today I found the internet slow and when I checked my data usage today I discovered that I had been throttled back as I has used 2GB on the 22nd Dec and a staggering 6GB yesterday !! I have a 20GB monthly cap, so was gobsmacked at the thought of using almost half that in 2 days. After calling Vodafone I was told they have had problems with their usage calculator and it has now been corrected.

If you are also a Vodafone customer this may explain any problems you may have. Call them. I was very impressed by how easy it was to get through and the service I was given.
