This is going to be an interesting follow , few years back my many own experiences with a 30/40 tonner 'Hillmorton Haulage' , bus company CEO in Auckland going under a bus , Now the Wellington Mayor ..

Everyone likes to get out and ride or walk , after the Wobblyville (ex-Christchurch) E/quakes the city center changed so dramaticlly .. many areas were only accessed only by bike .. now i wonder .. turn a huge portion off city center streets into walk/bike ways , but this open for emergency units only ..

Common sence !
