High Court grants right to jog naked

The High Court has granted a man the right to go jogging naked in the bush.
Naturist Andrew Pointon has been in the courts after a woman saw him running in the buff in a forest near Tauranga .
Three days later Mr Pointon was arrested for offensive behaviour, but now he has won his case.
His lawyer Michael Bott doubts it'll open up the floodgates for people to run about nude in public.
"It's not a nudists' charter or anything like that, far from it.
"What was said was in this particular case, that here was a man who went out of his way as it were, to exercise his freedom of expression in a way which took into account the rights and needs of others."
