It's been years since I visited Christchurch, and of course some stuff has happened in the meantime.
I only had 16 hours there, so didn't even get to Wigram (Sorry Ian, I know you'll be reading this and going tut...tut)

Don't know how many have been through the Red Zone, so thought this might be of interest:
It's in memory of those who died in the CTV building collapse



I snapped the picture, and only afterward fully took in the sentiment:
it's not just a mass memorial, each chair is individual, represents an individual...
I was totally choked up for the rest of the journey as we made our way past things that were... gone.

Charl , a tour is required , .... on your bike around Wobblyville , anything go's wrong i'm sure we could shake it up for ya .... BUT ya missing Wigram , the Museum SHUCKS! rolleyes.gif ... next time maybe cool.gif
