I'm very "Pro" Police .. but since i had a runin again with the next-door convicts , i was required to log a further official complaint at the Central Christchurch Police station last week .. fact is since the earthquakes .. and trust me .. very hard to reconise the city since it all looks Russian Grey (so very ex WWII rebuild) .... I did find the main HQ .. BUT maybe this bright colouring on the building may give it a real community feel
... sure as help and hell better to find it

Our local highway has a collection of cops in mufti.
Well, they're in uniform, but they drive brown or red or blue cars of all descriptions.
Ford Falcons, too. (This must be the ultimate disguise for a cop car, definitely not a Holden).
When the Christmas tree lights up inside the car, the driver better be wearing shades - it is a spectacular show.
Last Saturday they had no less than 3 going up and down doing speed checks on the yahoos who come whizzing through the village.
It was a complete turkey shoot, must've paid for the cars in one session.
EDIT: Any ideas about how GED250 got where he ended up?
This is not a straightforward parking manouevre...

Since I kept at the godboys and complaining and putting in the official reports to the police about the convicts, getting them removed, the street and everything returned to the normal and the way it was the 17 years I have been , ten weeks of bliss and the way it should be. I have had three visits from the police checking up and seeing every is going fine last even had a neighbour come up and thanking them .. BRILLIANT!
